In July 2023, based on provincial recommendations, expert reviews, comprehensive evaluations, and online public announcements, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs decided to recognize 106 bases, including Shandong Yuwang Ecological Food Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yuwang Ecology), as Agricultural International Trade High-Quality Development Bases (hereinafter referred to as “International Trade Bases”). In Dezhou region, only two enterprises, including Yuwang Ecology, made the list.

The recognition of this batch of International Trade Bases aims to cultivate and develop a backbone force for agricultural foreign trade that features high industrial agglomeration, high production standards, high export added value, high brand recognition, and high comprehensive service levels, fully leveraging the domestic and international linkage role of the bases to provide strong support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the building of an agricultural powerhouse.

Yuwang Ecology is a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, a national outstanding leading enterprise in the food industry, the chairman unit of China Soy Protein Association, the chairman unit of National Intensive Processing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, one of the first batch of pilot enterprises for the implementation of the integration of informatization and industrialization management system, and a national green factory.

Yuwang Ecology will play its role as an International Trade Base, aligning with international standards as an export market entity, driving China’s agriculture to deeply integrate into the global industrial, value, and supply chains, and promoting the growth and strengthening of agricultural trade.
