Leading the low-carbon strategy and building a benchmark for circular economy

Yuwang Ecology was the first to introduce the concept of circular economy as early as 1999, relying on the entire industry chain of soybean deep processing to create a closed-loop system of "resources products renewable resources". By independently developing low-temperature desolvation technology, the waste generated during soybean processing, such as milk water and soybean residue, is converted into high value-added products, forming a circular economy paradigm of "eating dry and squeezing clean", and has been awarded the title of "Shandong Province Circular Economy Demonstration Unit". In terms of energy structure optimization, the company has put into operation distributed photovoltaic power generation projects annually, and equipped energy storage systems to improve energy stability. At the same time, the biogas power generation system anaerobically ferments organic matter in soybean processing wastewater, converting it into electrical energy for reuse; Through the integration project of industrialization and industrialization (national demonstration level), an Internet platform for the soybean industry was built to achieve the digital control of all factors of production, and the energy consumption per unit output value was lower than the industry average.

Yuwang Ecology has established a non GMO soybean planting base in Northeast China, adopting a full traceability model of "breeding planting processing sales". Through IP non GMO certification and a seven level food safety control system, it ensures full control from the field to the dining table. The base planting combines Beidou navigation sowing and intelligent plant protection equipment, reducing the use of chemical fertilizers per mu, while achieving income increase per mu through straw to feed technology, reducing carbon emissions from straw burning.

Yuwang Ecology actively benchmarks international standards and has obtained 12 authoritative certifications, including FDA exemption certification and BRC global food safety certification, to build a quality control system from raw materials to terminals. As the chairman unit of the National Soybean Deep Processing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, we have taken the lead in formulating 7 industry standards, including "Plant based Meat Products", to promote the low-carbon development of the industry. In terms of fulfilling social responsibilities, Yuwang Ecology provides a minimum income guarantee for soybean farmers through the "futures+insurance" model.
