Soybean breeding

It has its own soybean breeding and planting bases in Shandong and Heilongjiang, and 7 industrial enterprises, processing 600,000 tonnes of non-GMO soybeans, 130,000 tonnes of soybean protein and 20,000 tonnes of vegetable protein meat annually.

Planting

The Yuwang non-GMO soybean planting base is located in the core area of black soil in Northeast China. Meanwhile, in recent years, it has carried out all-round strategic cooperation with Beidahuang Group to build a standardized soybean base, so as to ensure the purity of raw materials and the stability of the supply chain.

Low-temperature soybean meal

Yuwang low-temperature soybean meal uses non-genetically modified high-protein soybeans as raw materials. It breaks the international monopoly through technological breakthroughs, drives enterprise upgrading relying on the whole industry chain model, and expands the industrial boundaries with diversified innovative applications, becoming the core carrier for domestic soybeans to participate in global competition.

Soy protein

All raw materials of Yuwang soybean protein are selected non-GMO high-protein soybeans, ensuring pure quality from the source. Yuwang soybean protein has extremely excellent functionality, with outstanding performance in emulsibility, water-holding capacity, dispersion, gelation property and foaming property. It is widely used in various product forms such as meat products, soy products, beverages, flour products, health products, nutrition bars, and culture media.

End product

Yuwang's end products are rich and diverse, covering plant-based vegetarian food, high-purity protein drinks, nutritional formula proteins for different groups of people, and green washing and care products extracted from plants, etc. All products are derived from non-GMO soybeans, manufactured through advanced technology, and are rich in nutrition and of reliable quality.
