The quality inspector conducts random sampling inspection at multiple points (such as 64 points) for each truck of incoming soybeans, and uses the PCR qualitative method and rapid inspection strip for double comparison detection. Once the genetically modified ingredients are detected, the whole batch of soybeans will be returned and the environment will be comprehensively disinfection and sterilization.
Eight cleaning and five peeling processes are adopted to precisely remove the anti nutritional factors and potential agricultural residues in the bean skin, and fully retain the essence of bean germ; At the same time, strict cleaning control procedures are implemented during the product switching process to ensure effective control of genetically modified risks in the processing stage.
