Organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the 2025 National Grain, Oil and Soybean Industry Expo was grandly held at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hunan from November 14 to 17. With the theme of "Leading the High-Quality Development of Grain and Oil, Assisting the Construction of a Strong Agricultural Country", the expo gathered more than 600 enterprises from 31 provinces across the country, comprehensively showcasing new varieties, new technologies and new equipment of grain and oil crops.

This expo connected the entire industrial chain of "seed selection - planting - harvesting - marketing - production - cooking", and restored the grain, oil and soybean industry ecology through a full-chain real-scene display of "varieties - technologies - equipment - farmland". The conference carefully planned eight characteristic exhibition areas, presenting the latest achievements and development trends of China's grain and oil industry in a panoramic way. During the expo, a series of high-profile activities were held, including theme promotions, investment promotion releases by major producing provinces, promotions of "local specialties" from key counties, and promotions of "famous enterprises and famous products".

The opening ceremony of the conference was held on the morning of the 14th. Li Shunxiu, general manager of Yuwang Ecology, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the expo and jointly launched this year's grain and oil industry event with industry leaders from all over the country.

For this exhibition, Yuwang Ecology focused on showcasing its achievements in the in-depth utilization of soybeans in the food sector and the new application fields of soybeans it is actively expanding into. The products included low-temperature soybean meal, isolated protein, soybean oil, cotyledon oil, Jiweilang leisure vegetarian food, formula protein powder, β-amylase, trypsin preparation, etc. All these products reflect the new concept of healthy diet.

Yuwang Ecology has continuously promoted the dietary concept of "eating less meat protein and more soy protein", actively advocated improving eating habits to the whole society, and strived to let natural non-GM soybeans bring safe, reliable and healthy life to humans. The holding of the 2025 National Grain, Oil and Soybean Industry Expo is an important measure to implement the national food security strategy and further promote the large-area yield increase action of grain and oil crops.
